Albertus Magnus’ Header in 2nd OT Ends Women’s Soccer Season in GNAC Semis
November 02, 2016The seventh seeded Suffolk women’s soccer team hung with No. 3 Albertus Magnus for more over 116 minutes of action, taking the Falcons to two extra sessions, but the Rams could not hold off the hosts forever as Taylor Rotella sunk a header with just under four minutes to play before a shootout to take the GNAC semifinal away from Suffolk, 1-0, Wednesday night at Celentano Field.
