54 Rams Earn Academic All-GNAC Status
June 21, 2016The GNAC has announced the names of 865 student-athletes – including 54 from Suffolk – who have been named to the 2015-16 Academic All-GNAC Team. The 54 Rams represent the second most all-time for the blue-and-gold and is just two individuals shy of the record (56) since the inaugural team in 2008.

144 Earn Spring 2016 Athletic Director’s Honor Roll
May 31, 2016A total of 144 Suffolk University student-athletes have earned a spot on the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll in the 2016 Spring Quarter. To make the Director’s Honor Roll, a student-athlete must earn a grade-point average of at least 3.0 and pass at least 12 quarter units.

146 Named to Athletic Director’s Honor Roll for Fall 2015 Semester
January 11, 2016The Suffolk University Athletics Department is proud to announce the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll of the 2015 Fall Semester. 206 student-athletes were enrolled in full-time classes this fall and 146 achieve a grade-point average of 3.0 or higher. Overall, the department maintained a 3.19 GPA average on the semester between its 13 varsity intercollegiate teams.

Men Take Sixth, Women Finish Eighth at GNAC Cross Country Championships
October 31, 2015The Suffolk cross country teams competed at the GNAC Championships held at Saint Joseph’s College of Maine yesterday afternoon with the Rams’ men finishing sixth and the women taking eighth.

Cross Country Runs for GNAC Championship Saturday
October 30, 2015The Suffolk cross country teams will take their respective courses in Standish, Maine with their GNAC counterparts Saturday afternoon with the winners taking home the conference crowns. The women’s 5k race is set to begin at 1 p.m., followed by the men’s 8k race at 2 p.m. The University of Saint Joseph’s Maine will serve as host of the championships.

October 29, 2015As the Suffolk cross country teams prep for the 2015 GNAC Championships this weekend, the GNAC has released the championship coaches’ poll Thursday morning. The Rams’ men’s squad has been picked sixth, while the women were selected eighth.

October 10, 2015Paulo Guedes placed 175th overall as the Suffolk men’s cross country team finished 33rd at the 38-team 20th Annual James Earley Invitational, hosted by Westfield State at Stanley Park Saturday morning.

Cross Country Heads to 20th James Earley Invitational
October 09, 2015The Suffolk men’s and women’s cross country teams head west this weekend to race in at the 20th James Earley Invitational hosted by Westfield State. Both teams will take the course at Stanley Park with the men’s 8K started slated for 11 a.m., followed by a 12 p.m. 5k women’s race.

Guedes Leads Men's Cross Country to 10th at Pop Crowell Invitational
September 26, 2015Paulo Guedes has led the Suffolk men’s cross country team in each of its races in 2015 and the Pop Crowell Invitational Saturday morning on the campus of Gordon College was no different. The sophomore recorded a 40th-place effort to lead the Rams to tenth in the team’s standings.

September 25, 2015The Suffolk men’s and women’s cross country teams continue the 2015 season at the Pop Crowell Invitational, hosted by Gordon College on the campus of the Fighting Scots. The women’s race will begin first at 10:45 a.m., followed closely by the men’s run at 11:30 a.m.

Men’s Cross Country Claims Sixth at Raiders Invitational
September 19, 2015On a beautiful September morning, seven men’s cross country teams took the 8k course on the campus of Rivier University for the Raiders Invitational with sophomore Paulo Guedes earning a 10th-place finish to help guide the Suffolk men’s cross country team to six place, its first result of 2015.

Cross Country Wraps-Up UNE Invitational
September 12, 2015Going up against 16 teams Saturday morning in the women’s 5K, the Suffolk women’s cross country team used a member of every class to earn 12th place at the UNE Invitational at Rotary Park. Suffolk’s men’s team raced with four Rams and did not qualify for team results.
