LAST TIME OUT
The Suffolk women's tennis team continued its winning ways Columbus Day as the Rams blanked Albertus Magnus, 9-0, at the Celentano Courts.
The victory is the second clean sheet for the Rams and the third straight victory for Suffolk.

RUN DOWN ON THE RAMS
Suffolk has won its last three contests to sit at 8-4 overall and 4-1 in the GNAC.
Valentina Medina has continued her scintillating play, rattling off 12 consecutive wins, including three straight golden matches, to keep her undefeated singles record (12-0) in tact. Aidiana Sagyndykova is now 11-2 ager winning her third straight match Monday night.
In doubles action, Medina and Sagyndykova teamed together to top Suffolk's top pairing and boast a 3-0 record. Medina has also taken to the doubles court with Abby Trigilio, in the second slot, and the sophomore and senior pair are 7-1.
LITTLE BIT 'BOUT THE LIONS
Through eight matches, Emerson has yet to be victorious and sit at 0-8. Tasa Ialin and Jamie CoConis are the only Lions to own a singles win this season.

For her tremendous collegiate start, Valentina Medina added another award to her resume as she was tabbed Corvias ECAC Women's Tennis Division III Co-Rookie of the Month the conference announced Monday afternoon.

ROOKIE RECOGNITION
For the fifth time this season and fourth time in as many weeks, Valentina Medina of the Suffolk women's tennis team was named GNAC Corvias Rookie of the Week the league office announced Monday afternoon.
Medina has now been tabbed the best rookie over a seven day stretch in five of the six weeks of action this season to become the first GNAC to be named Rookie of the Week five times in one season since Simmons' Han DK Le accomplished the feat a year ago.
