BOSTON – Back from Thanksgiving Break action Ram Nation's pick for the standout Suffolk student-athlete over a seven-day stretch ended in a landslide Twitter Poll.
AND THE WINNER IS …
Carter Nevulis made his and the Suffolk men's indoor track & field program's names known at the Rams' 2021-22 season debut, Boston University's Sharon Colyear-Danville Season Opener, to garner 60 percent of the poll's 35 votes to take home the department's weekly distinction.

Nevulis, a freshman from Plymouth, Massachusetts, burst out onto the collegiate scene with not only a program-record 60m hurdle time of 8.91 but punch his tickets to New Englands in the event. He became the first Ram to earn a place at regionals in the hurdles and did so in his first collegiate outing. Additionally, he also reset the Rams' long jump record with a leap of 6.31 meters.

2ND – 17.1 % - WILLIAM ROWE - MEN'S BASKETBALL
William Rowe produced a double-double effort in a 2-0 week for the blue-and-gold. The senior captain averaged 11.5 ppg and 10.0 rpg. Addition he added 30 apg, 1.5 bpg and 1.5 spg.
3RD – 14.3 % - JENNI-ROSE DICECCO – WOMEN'S BASKETBALL
Jenni-Rose DiCecco averaged 19.5 ppg behind a 42.4 connection rate from the field to go along with 5.5 rpg, 3.5 apg and 3.0 steals per game in a 1-1 week for Suffolk.
4TH – 8.6 % - JOE FEENEY – MEN'S HOCKEY
Joe Feeney registered his first collegiate two-point game in the Rams' 4-3 setback at Salve Regina Saturday, Dec. 4. The senior captain scored a short-handed goal, another first in his collegiate career, to go along with one helper in the setback.
