BOSTON – Week 12 of Ram of the Week voting for the 2021-22 Suffolk Athletics season declared the best performer with votes casted on Twitter in a sizable win for the student-athlete that was crowned over the seven-day stretch.
AND THE WINNER IS …
For the third time in four weeks, the Ram of the Week comes from Suffolk women's hockey as Jesse Kennedy earned 52.3 percent of the 107 votes cast to earn her top spot of the week. The senior led the Rams in scoring with four points in a 2-0-0 weekend with one goal and three assists.

Kennedy found the back of the net for the game-winning goal in the Rams' 3-2 comeback win against the University of New England on Friday, Nov. 19. She assisted on Suffolk's first two goals that helped tie up the contest in the third period. She returned to the point column the next day with an assist on the game-winning goal in Suffolk's 4-1 victory over the Nor'easters to help the blue-and-gold remain unbeaten on the year thus far, 8-0-0.

2ND – 36.4% - MATYAS CSIKI FEJER – MEN'S CROSS COUNTRY
Matyas Csiker-Fejer etched his name in the Suffolk Athletics record books, becoming the first All-American in the history of the blue-and-golds' cross country program, which is presented to the top 40 finishers at the national championship by the U.S. Track & Field and CrossCountry Coaches Association (USTFCCCA). He finished 35th out of 289 runners at the 2021 NCAA Division III Cross Country Championships hosted by Spalding University and the Louisville Sports Commission, completing the 8k course with a personal-best time of 24:20.0.
T3RD – 5.6% - NATE HALE – MEN'S BASKETBALL
Nate Hale led the offensive output for the Ram's, resulting in a 2-0 record this past week. He averaged 19.0 points and 2.5 assists per game, to go along with 2.0 rebounds per outing. He also became the 31st men's basketball player to score 1,000 points, while dawning the blue-and-gold with a season-high 29-point performance in a 90-81 victory against No. 11 Tufts on Thursday, Nov. 18.
T3RD – 5.6% - NATALIE FRAIOLI – WOMEN'S BASKETBALL
Natalie Fraioli did it all for the Suffolk women's basketball team in a 3-0 week, with no victory being closer than a 16-point margin. She averaged 10.7 points and 1.3 assists per game, to go along with 7.0 rebounds and 0.7 steals per contest. The week 11 ROTW notched her first career double-double with a 12-point, 11-rebound performance in an 81-65 victory over Salem State on Monday, Nov. 15.
