BOSTON – In the first full week of the 2021-22 Suffolk Athletics winter season, the Ram of the Week voting on Twitter turned into a tight race until the final hour when one student-athlete became the clear winner as the best performer over a seven-day stretch.
AND THE WINNER IS …
For the second time in as many weeks, the Ram of the Week hails from Suffolk women's hockey as Sofia Scilipoti earned 59.1 percent of the 44 votes cast to earn the distinction. The honor comes after the junior provided five points in a 2-0-0 weekend with three goals and two assists.
