BOSTON – The Suffolk men's and women's cross country teams will prep for the GNAC Championships one final time as the Rams take the course at Franklin Park for the Saints Invitational Friday, Oct. 14. The women's race gets underway at 4 p.m., with the men set to compete at 4:45 p.m. The invitational will also serve as a head-to-head meet with Rivier.

LAST TIME OUT – WOMEN'S
Racing in its third event of 2016, the Suffolk women's cross country team placed 12th at the annual Codfish Bowl at Franklin Park Sept. 24.

LAST TIME OUT – MEN'S
For the first time this season and since 2008, a Suffolk men's cross country runner finished the 8K course in a sub-30:00.0 time as David Campisano led the Rams at the Codfish Bowl Sept. 24 at Franklin Park.
