Suffolk volleyball captured a crucial Conference of New England contest with a five-set thrilling triumph over Gordon Saturday at the Bennett Athletic Center. The Rams win came by set scores 25-11, 10-25, 25-22, 15-22 and 15-13.

RAMS RUNDOWN
Suffolk took down Gordon in a five-set thriller to move to 22-5 on the year and 4-3 in CNE contests.
McKenna Keowen is an offensive force for the blue-and-gold as the senior leads the way with 3.29 kills per set (kps) and serves a team-best 0.65 aces per set. Sami Shore is second on the squad with 2.44 kps. Jayla Martinez and Aislinn Lanigan set up the attack with 5.88 assists per set and 3.53 assists per set, respectively.
Defensively, Morgan Kelsey paces the pack with 4.19 digs per set (dps). Keowen adds 3.40 dps and Shore tops the team at the net with 0.72 blocks per set (bps).

COLONELS CATCHUP
Curry is 1-22 on the year and 0-7 in CNE action. The Colonels lone win of the season came in sweeping fashion over Lesley Oct. 4.
The Colonels' 6.21 kps attack receives 2.18 kps from Kyah Earls. Meghan Abbott adds 1.25 kps. Emma St. Cyr (2.73 assists per set) and Abby Sousa (2.38 assists per set) split time as Curry's setter.
Sonja Matheson tops the team's defensive unit with 2.24 dps and Earls adds 1.94 dps.
