BOSTON – Suffolk women's soccer, who is off to the program's best-ever start, looks to keep up its winning ways as it continues its home stay Tuesday, Sept. 10 against Fitchburg State. Kick-off is scheduled for 7:00 p.m.

Thaks to the combination of the game-winning goal from Avery Porter and a three-save effort by Arden Ferrari-Henry, Suffolk women's soccer bested Worcester State, 1-0, Saturday afternoon at James A. Sartori Stadium at East Boston Memorial Park.

RAMS RUNDOWN
Suffolk is 3-0-0 on the year with shutouts over Elms (2-0), UMass Dartmouth (2-0) and Worcester State (1-0). The 3-0-0 start is the best in the Rams' 18-year history. The three cleansheets, meanwhile, are the most in a row since stringing a trio of shutouts together Sept. 21-30, 2021.

The Rams' five-goal offense has seen three goal scorers in Chelsea Fallon (2), Avery Porter (2) and Maci Pekmezian (1). Charli Adams has set-up two goals, while Kylie Flynn and Daniela Petronio have assisted on one goal each.

Arden Ferrari-Henry has played every minute in net for the blue-and-gold. The sophomore has stopped all six shots she has faced through three complete games for a perfect goals against average and save percentage.

FALCONS FACTS
Fitchburg State has yet to find the win column this season with setbacks to Brandeis (7-0), Eastern Connecticut State (3-0) and Western New England (4-0).

The Falcons offense has not gotten going as well with zero goes in three outings.

Madison Dawkins has played all three games in net for FSU. She has faced 49 shots with 35 saves to her credit and 14 goals allowed for a 4.67 GAA and .714 save percentage.
