LAST TIME OUT

RAMS RUNDOWN
Suffolk secured its spot in the GNAC Tournament with a 4-7 league ledger. The Rams prepped for postpeason play with non-conference foe Mass. Maritime, who the blue and gold ran past, 10-0, to bring a 7-8 overall record into Saturday.

The members of the Class of 2018 have truly made a difference offensively for Suffolk this season and are the main reason why the Rams have outscored their competition, 21-6, through the last five games. Alexandra Nagri leads the way with 30 points, scoring 14 times and assisting twice. Her co-captain, Jennifer Martin, is right on Nagri's heels with 28 points on 12 strikes and four helpers. Jessica Harmon rounds out the trio with 13 points thanks to five goals and three helpers.

Julia Fieldsend has protected in between the posts for 13 games this season gathering a 6-6-0 mark with 82 saves for a 2.23 goals against average and a .759 save percentage. One of her six victories include a 2-0 shutout versus Lasell, handing the Lasers their first conference setback and shutout in five seasons.

LASERS LOOK
Since falling to the Rams Sept. 27, Lasell has put on cruise control, winning six of its final seven contests, including five shutouts to lock up the GNAC regular season crown for the eighth consecutive campaign. The 10-5 overall Lasers vie for their eighth straight postseason title Saturday.

Carly Zdanek's 29 points on 13 goals and three assists anchor Lasell's powerful 42 goal offense. Erika Badger owns 14 points on five strikes and four helpers with Morgan Pinksten (5-3-13) and Caitlin Rotonnelli (6-0-12) each adding double figure points on the season.

Sarah LaClair is the go-to goalie for the Lasers. She brings in a 0.93 goals against average, giving up just 13 goals (two the Rams) this season for a .797 save percentage. An opponent has only put up multiple goals on the senior on three occasions including Suffolk's pair Sept. 27. Overall, LaClair boasts a 10-5-0 record with five shutouts.

WE MEET AGAIN
Suffolk women's soccer did what no GNAC counterpart has been able to do in five years, defeat Lasell, as the Rams blanked the Lasers, 2-0, Sept. 27 at James A. Sartori Stadium at East Boston Memorial Park.

RAMS IN THE GNAC TOURNAMENT
Suffolk's seventh postseason trip, second straight, marks the third time the Rams enter the field as the eighth seed. Suffolk is 3-3 in the quarters including a stunning-2 upset win last season over Johnson & Wales.

100 CLUB
Alexandra Nagri joined a Suffolk great Oct. 23 when the senior captain eclipsed the 100-point mark. She is the second Ram to do so following in the footsteps of Hall of Famer Leslie Hayden, who was the first-ever player donned in blue-and-gold to accomplish the feat. Throughout her four-year career, Nagri has accumulated 45 goals and 11 assists for 101 career points.

COMING UP
The winner of Saturday's quarterfinal advances to the semis Tuesday, Oct. 31 and will take on the victor of #Saint Joseph's (Maine).
