ABOUT THE NEIGA
The New England Intercollegiate Golf Association (NEIGA) is a non-profit organization, which was first organized in 1934 at the Oakley Country Club in Watertown, Massachusetts. NEIGA is believed to be the largest gathering of collective players from all levels of NCAA competing at the same location on a 36-hole layout. There are currently 46 New England colleges and universities as members of the NEIGA.

THE COURSE
Two championship golf courses at one location line in the Captains Golf Course. Together, the par-72 Port Course and the par-72 Starboard Course deliver 36 holes.

THE FIELD
Suffolk will be joined in Brewster, Massachusetts by Bates, Middlebury, Wellesley, Williams and Worcester State.

The Rams have faced Wellesley and Worcester State in head-to-head matches. Suffolk fell to the Blue, 333-391, Sept. 25 and downed the Owls, 341-464, Sept. 11.

RAPID REWIND
Suffolk regained regional glory a year ago with the program's third NEIGA Championship, first since 2018. The Rams topped the three-team field with a two-day score of 777.

Individually, Isabel Smith won the fifth annual event. She became the second-ever Suffolk golfer – either male or female – to capture a regional tournament title and first since Aine Dillon won the competition Oct. 22, 2018.
