BOSTON – Suffolk women's basketball hits the road one last time in the 2024-25 regular season Wednesday, Feb. 19 when it visits Hartford for a 5:30 p.m. Conference of new England (CNE) clash.

Suffolk women's basketball returned to the win column in convincing fashion as it ran by Wentworth, 65-44 Saturday afternoon in Conference of New England (CNE) play at Larry E. and Michael S. Smith Court

RAMS RUNDOWN
Suffolk enters the final week of the regular season 12-11 on the season and 7-9 in CNE action.  

Colby Guinta and Amanda DeAngelis continue to be two way players for the blue-and-gold. Guinta tops the offensive output with 14.6 ppg and is second on the boards with 6.1 rpg, behind DeAngelis' 9.3 rpg with the fifth-year forward second on the squad in scoring at 14.5 ppg. Jordan Moreau (9.5 ppg, 3.1 apg) and Maddie Stewart (8.8 ppg, 2.3 apg) are consistent contributors to the offense as well, both supplying points and setting it up.  

HAVE TO KNOW 'BOUT THE HAWKS
Hartford fell in back-to-back battles to Roger Williams (61-49) and Endicott (59-37) to head into the midweek match 9-14 on the year and 7-9 in CNE play.  

Lauren Sabia is the lone Hawk averaging double figures in scoring at 10.7 ppg to anchor the squad's 58.7 ppg offensive output. Ella Marchesani supplies 9.0 ppg and Ava Naszimento pitches in 8.3 ppg. 

Naszimento grabs 6.7 rpg to the lead the way on the glass. Maddie MacCannell contributes 5.6 rpg and Mikaela Williams notches 1.5 spg.

Colby Guinta and Jordan Moreau poured in double figure to power Suffolk women's basketball to a 63-46 Conference of New England (CNE) victory over Hartford Wednesday, Jan. 15 at Larry E. and Michael S. Smith Court.
