BOSTON – Suffolk women's basketball wraps up a week-long homestay Saturday, Feb. 1 when Roger Williams stops by Larry E. and Michael S. Smith Court for a 1:00 p.m. Conference of New England (CNE) contest.

Suffolk women's basketball used a 21-6 third quarter run to come back and take down the University of New England, 59-52, Tuesday night at Larry E. and Michael S. Smith Court.
The Conference of New England (CNE) victory was not only the program's second-ever over the Nor'Easters, but marked head coach Ed Leyden's 500th career coaching victory, 489th triumph on the Rams' bench.

RAMS RUNDOWN
Suffolk snapped a two-game skid Tuesday when it defeated the University of New England, 59-52, to bring a 10-8 overall record and 5-6 CNE mark into Saturday's action.
The twosome of Amanda DeAngelis and Colby Guinta lead the way offensively and defensively for the Rams. DeAngelis tops both the scoring and rebounding with 13.9 ppg and 9.4 rpg, while Guinta sits second on the squad in points (13.9) and boards (6.5) per outing. Jordan Moreau and Maddie Stewart are on the verge of producing double digit points with 9.9 ppg and 9.2 ppg, respectively.
HAVE TO KNOW 'BOUT THE HAWKS
Roger Williams has coupled wins together with victories over Nichols (88-49) and Wentworth (57-27) to carry a 12-6 overall mark and 9-2 CNE ledger to Boston.
Offensively, Sophia Coppola and Elizabeth Dufrane provide a one-two punch with 15.3 ppg and 11.9 ppg, respectively. Dufrane sets up the scoring unit as well with 4.1 assists per outing. Chloe Richardson adds 9.6 ppg to the Hawks' 67.6 ppg scoring effort.
Defensively, Lilly Clark's 6.4 rpg leads the way with Coppola chipping in 5.8 rpg to RWU's 38.4 rpg performance.
WE MEET AGAIN
Suffolk women's basketball saw its double digit halftime lead vanquish is a sluggish offensive output in the second half allowed Roger Williams to come back and take down the Rams, 67-62, in Conference of New England (CNE) action Saturday, Jan. 4 at the Hawks' Campus Rec Center Gymnasium.
