Suffolk men's soccer fell to No. 11 Babson, 1-0, Tuesday afternoon at Hartwell-Rogers Field.

RAMS RUNDOWN
Suffolk slipped at No. 11 Babson, 1-0, Tuesday to move to 5-4-3 overall. The Rams are undefeated versus CNE competition though at 2-0-1.  

The Rams' 21-goal offense is led by Francisco Valck (5g), Damon Smargon (3g, 2a) and Luke Blawn (3g).

Nathan Harlow is the usual starting keeper for the blue-and-gold. He holds a 1.10 GAA and .744 save percentage. His 4-3-3 ledger features three shutouts. 

BISON BREAKDOWN
Nichols (3-7-1, 0-2-1 CNE) is winless through the last five with setbacks to UNE (2-1), Rhode Island College (3-1), Wentworth (3-1) and Fitchburg (2-0) and a 1-1 draw at Curry last Friday. 

The Bison's nine-goal offense is well-balanced with eight different goal scorers. William Pugliese-Savage is the biggest offensive threat with two goals and one assist for a team-best five points. Mick Tarozzi has dished out a squad-high two helpers. 

Franco Barreto has taken on the bulk of the work load in net. In 10 games played, all starts, he has built a 1.72 GAA and 0.822 save percentage.

Suffolk men's soccer has appeared in the United Soccer Coaches Regional rankings for the first time this season as the Rams landed eighth in Region II in the fifth poll of the year, the national organization announced Tuesday.
