BOSTON – Suffolk men's soccer is set to host Curry in a Saturday, Oct. 14 showdown at James A. Sartori Stadium at East Boston Memorial Park at 12 p.m.

LAST TIME OUT
Suffolk men's soccer was handed its first CCC loss of the season, a 2-1 setback to Western New England Tuesday afternoon at Supernant Field. The Golden Bears built a two-goal lead that the Rams could not climb out of.

SUFFOLK SCORES

RAMS RUNDOWN
Suffolk looks for its first win of October. After going 0-2-1 in the last three contests, the Rams enter Saturday's showdown 8-4-2 on the season and 2-1-1 in CCC outings.  

Diego Pierantozzi has paced Suffolk's scoring unit with a team-best six goals. Francisco Valck also has reached the double-digit point mark with 10 on three goals and four assists. Brady Sorensen and Matthew Belluardo have found the back of the net three times each as well. Sorensen has a pair of assists on his stat line as well.  

Nathan Harlow has turned into the go-to-goalie for the blue-and-gold as of late. Over nine games played, all starts, he has put together a 1.22 GAA and .771 save percentage with a 5-3-1 ledger and two shutouts.  

COLONELS CATCHUP
Curry has dropped three in a row to head into Saturday's outing 6-4-3 on the year and 1-1-2 versus CCC foes.  

Lucas Drons and Adam Pforr each hold 13 points to power the Colonels 23-goal scoring unit. Drons has a team-best six goals and one helper, while Pforr's stat line is divided between five strikes and three helpers.  

Brendan Cunningham has started seven of Curry's games in net. He boasts a 1.14 GAA and .8310 save percentage. Nathaniel Sama (4 GP, 1.43 GAA, .792 save %) and Justin Ritz (3 GP, 1.20 GAA, .833 save %) have seen time in goal for the Colonels as well. 

INSIDE THE SERIES
