HOW IT HAPPENED
Scoring was limited Wednesday night. Neither team managed to break on the board in the first set of 45 minutes and it took nearly 15 minutes into the second stanza before the scoreless action was broken. Brady Sorensen converted a set-up by Aiden McLaughlin to put the Rams on the board in the 75th minute.

The one-goal gap remained in the Rams favor the rest of the way as Suffolk's defense backed up Xander Balog. The blue-and-gold backline blocked a pair of shots and the sophomore's goalie gloves gobbled up the lone attempt on target the rest of the way to preserve the victory.
