BOSTON – After a weekend off, Suffolk volleyball is back in action this Wednesday, Oct. 23 when the University of New England stops by Larry E. and Michael S. Smith Court for a 7:00 p.m. Conference of New England (CNE) contest.

LAST TIME OUT
Suffolk volleyball pushed its win streak to five as it swept Nichols in Conference of New England action Wednesday night at Larry E. and Michael S. Smith Court. The league victory came by set scores 25-21, 25-16 and 25-15.

RAMS RUNDOWN
At 19-4 on the year Suffolk is one win away from tying the program's all-time win mark. In CNE contests, the Rams sit 2-2, in a five-way tie for fifth.  

McKenna Keowen continues to be an offensive force for the blue-and-gold. The senior supplies team-best numbers in kills per set (3.34) and aces per set (0.65). Sami Shore is second on the squad in kps with 2.47 to her credit. Jayla Martinez and Aislinn Lanigan set-up the attack with 6.02 assists per set and 3.65 assists per set, respectively.  

Morgan Kelsey is the backbone of the blue-and-gold's defense with 4.41 digs per set. Keowen adds 3.40 dps and Shore leads the way at the net with 0.77 blocks per set.

NOR'EASTER NOTES
University of New England fell at Western New England, 3-1, Saturday, to bring a 15-4 overall record and 2-2 CNE mark.  

Elijah Hanley paces the Nor'Easters attack with 3.06 kps. Viktoria Pavlyk (2.55 kps) and Hannah Nowell (2.12 kps) produce over 2.00 kps as well. Kassidy Bradshaw sets up the attack with 8.19 assists per set. Both Bradshaw and Addie Miller serve 0.76 aces per set. 

Bradshaw leads the way defensively with 3.54 dps. Miller chips in 3.22 dps and Kailyn Reilly provides 0.70 bps.

INSIDE THE SERIES

• Suffolk is 2-3 all-time against UNE.
