2024 SUFFOLK WOMEN'S VOLLEYBALL ROSTER
BOSTON – Suffolk women's volleyball line-up will get an added boost from a quartet of newcomers in 2024, head coach Scott Blanchard announced.
The group is made up of three true freshmen in Sam Michon, Kathy Mo and Chloe Burns and junior transfer Emma Welch, who brought her talents to Beacon Hill from Lesley.
The foursome joins a roster that features 16 returners from a squad that reached the conference's semifinals for the second straight season.
The blue-and-gold, who was just predicted to finish fourth in the league's coaches' poll, aims to make the conference championship contest for the first time in program history and hoist a league trophy for the first time.
Suffolk's 2024 season begins at the RWU Invitational Saturday, Aug. 31 where the Rams will face New England College and Western Connecticut State in Bristol, Rhode Island. First serve is at 12:00 p.m. against the Pilgrims with the faceoff against the Wolves immediately following.
