BOSTON – Suffolk volleyball ventures up to Biddeford, Maine, Wednesday, Nov. 1 for a midweek Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) at the University of New England. First serve is scheduled for 7 p.m.

LAST TIME OUT
Suffolk volleyball forced five sets against Endicott, but the Rams came up short in the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) affair, 3-2. The league set-back came via set scores 25-22, 22-25, 28-26, 19-25 and 15-8.

RAMS RUNDOWN
Suffolk enters the final week of the regular season at 15-11 overall and 4-2 in CCC matches, good for third in the standings.  

McKenna Keowen leads the way offensively with 2.79 kps and 0.70 aces per set with 3.28 dps to her credit, good for second on the squad. Jessica Weber supplies 2.50 kps to the attack that is set up by Jayla Martinez (4.98 aps) and Aislinn Lanigan (3.76 aps). Morgan Kelsey's 4.06 dps paces the defense with the junior adding 0.78 aces per set to offensive. 

NOR'EASTER NOTES
UNE dropped back-to-back five-set thrillers to dip to 12-8 on the year and 1-5 versus CCC opponents.  

Viktoria Pavlyuk and Ellijah Hanley power the attack with 2.97 kps and 2.87 kps, respectively. Kassidy Bradshaw sets up the attack with 7.05 assists per set. 

Defensively, Addie Miller's 3.40 dps leads the way. Bradshaw chips in 2.16 dps and Kailyn Reilly leads the way at the net with 0.81 aps.

INSIDE THE SERIES

• Suffolk is 2-2 all-time against UNE. 
• The Rams have defeated the Nor'Easters in back-to-back meetings. 
• There have been three sweeps in the series. Suffolk is 1-2 in such instances with its first-ever straight set decision over the Nor'Easters coming in the last meeting Oct. 25, 2022. 
• There has never been a four-set match. 
• One match went five sets, Oct. 19, 2021. Suffolk won that outing. 
• Two matches took place on neutral hardwood. The Rams are 0-2 in neutral site matches.
