NEW PALTZ, N.Y. – Suffolk volleyball dropped a 3-1 decision to Hawks Invitational host New Paltz Saturday morning at the Hawks Center. The setback came via set scores 26-24, 23-25, 25-20 and 25-20.

STATISTICALLY SPEAKING
- Jess Weber led the attack with a 20-kill performance behind a .267 attack percentage. She added four digs and a pair of aces.
- McKenna Keowen had a 10-kill, 12-dig double-double to go along with one ace.
- Jasmine James registered 10 kills.
- Kenzley Bell contributed 20 digs, six assists and one ace.
- Harmony Johnson notched a double-double of her own with 43 assists and 14 digs. She added a pair of blocks and one kill.
NOTEWORTHY
- Suffolk and New Paltz met for the first time.
- Weber tallied 20 kills for the second time this season and second time in her career.
