LAST TIME OUT
Bridgett Allison recoreded 16 kills to lift the Suffolk volleyball team to a 3-1 victory Saturday afternoon over Pratt at the University of Saint Joseph's O'Connell Center. The Rams victory came in the form of set scores of 25-11, 22-25, 25-17 and 25-14.

Allison upstaged her classmates Talia Lombardo's 12 kills in the tri-match opener against the Blue Jays, as the first-year turned in the most kills by a Ram since Savannah Carpenter matched that number at Lasell in 2013. Nine different Rams scored a kill to combine for 54 kills, the most by a Suffolk team since matching that number at Newbury in 2013. Liz Kerek and Caitlyn Mockler passed out 25 and 10 assists, respectively, to help Suffolk to a 2.69 hitting clip.

Mockler also contributed defensively as the senior tallied a team-best 19 digs for the first double-double of her career. Lombardo added 14 digs and Rachel Fancy chipped in 12.

RUNDOWN ON THE RAMS
Suffolk split its weekend as the Rams fell to the University of Saint Joseph's, 3-0, before taking down Pratt, 3-1, to move to 3-6 on the year and 1-3 in the GNAC. Bridgett Allison's team-leading 2.14 kps ranks 14th in the league while Talia Lombardo (1.83 kps) and Chidera Nwankwo (1.59 kps) have also been staples for the Rams offensively. Liz Kere's 5.07 aps place seventh among the GNAC's setters. Suffolk receives 13.66 dps led by Emma Feeney's 3.32 dps with Lombardo adding 3.28 dps.

SEEING DOUBLE
Over the weekend Talia Lombardo became the first player in blue-and-gold to record a double-double performance since Krista Iacobbucio '14 did so versus Eastern Nazarene October 11, 2014. Lombardo's 12-kill, 13-dig effort at the University of Saint Joseph's was not the only double-double contribution made at the tri-match as Caitlyn Mockler turned in 10 assists and a team-high 19 digs against Pratt to notch the first double-double of her career.

SERVING UP ACES
Suffolk scored 19 aces in a straight set victory over Massachusetts Maritime, marking the most aces for a Rams' squad since 2011. Freshman Talia Lombardo tallied eight aces in the victory, the most for a Ram since Melissa Griffin '12 served that number in a 3-1 victory over Eastern Nazarene September 22, 2011.

In GNAC action, Suffolk has served 27 aces to lead the league in service aces in GNAC competition.
