BOSTON – Suffolk women's tennis will make history Tuesday, Oct. 15 when it competes in the Conference of New England (CNE) Tournament for the first time in program history as the sixth-seeded Rams take on three seed Endicott at 2:00 p.m. in the First Round.

IN THE POSTSEASON
- It is the first time Suffolk will compete in the CNE postseason since joining the league in 2020.
- The postseason berth is the Rams first since 2018 and 12th conference postseason appearance overall.
- It is the first time the Rams will compete in a conference tournament as the sixth seed.
- Suffolk has moved onto the league semifinals seven times with the last coming in 2017
- Suffolk has made a pair of championship appearances; once in 2007, when it captured the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Championship and again in 2009.
LAST TIME OUT
Suffolk women's tennis another 4-3 heartbreak as the Rams slipped to UMass Dartmouth in their regular-season finale Thursday afternoon on the Corsairs' Tennis Courts.

RAMS RUNDOWN
Suffolk wrapped up the regular-season 1-10 overall. The Rams went 1-5 versus CNE counterparts with the only win coming over Western New England, 5-2, Oct. 5.
The blue-and-gold's lower half of the line-up has been most successful in singles in Rachel Hill (4-7), Chloe Pszenny(5-7) and Elene Nishnianidze (4-7).
In doubles, the twosome of Hill and Nia Bebb have racked up the best record at 4-5.
GET TO KNOW THE GULLS
Endicott wrapped up its dual schedule with a 5-2 setback to Springfield to bring a 5-6 overall mark into Tuesday's tilt. In CNE contests, the Gulls went 4-2 to secure the third seed.
Lejla Guster has spent the most time as Endicott's ace. She is 3-4 on the year. Caroline Sutliffe has assembled the best singles mark for the Gulls though at 7-2 with time on courts one through five. Ripley Uyeda has put together a 5-3 singles ledger with appearances on courts one through four.
The twosome of Guster and Uyeda are unbeaten, 3-0, in doubles as Endicott's top team. Olivia Martinelli and Sutliffe are also undefeated, 4-0, with their time split between the second and third partnershi

Suffolk women's tennis dropped a 7-0 Conference of New England (CNE) contest to Endicott Saturday, Sept. 21 at Lexington Tennis Club.

INSIDE THE SERIES
- The Suffolk, Endicott series dates back to 1994.
- The Rams are 3-8 versus the Gulls according to the record books, which are missing the 1995 campaign, as well as the 2002 season results.
