BOSTON – Suffolk women's tennis first-year head coach Zack Goodstein has given upperclassmen Rachel Hill and Caren Urbano the co-captain title for the 2024 campaign.  

The pair is the fourth straight set to share the leadership role. Urbano returns to her post as captain, while Hill begins her first term in the role.  

Suffolk has been led by two Rams for nine seasons in a row.  

Urbano and Hill joined Suffolk's squad in 2022 as juniors and freshman, respectively. In 2023, the twosome teamed up as the blue-and-gold's top tandem.

Urbano has been the Rams' ace for the past two seasons. For her efforts the last two years she grabbed all-conference singles recognition each year she has competed. 

Hill, meanwhile, has spent time on every singles court and on all three doubles tandems throughout her collegiate career. 

The upperclassmen pair looks to lead Suffolk into the Goodstein era this Saturday, Sept. 7 in the season opener at Salem State at 12:00 p.m.
