BOSTON – Suffolk women's lacrosse gets its week at East Boston Memorial Park's James A. Sartori Stadium underway Wednesday, April 9 against the University of New England. The Conference of New England (CNE) contest is set to start at 7:00 p.m.

Suffolk women's lacrosse dropped a road Conference of New England (CNE) contest at Roger Williams, 26-9, Friday night at Bayside Field.

RAMS RUNDOWN
Suffolk has fell in back-to-back contests to dip to 6-6 on the season and 2-2 in CNE action.  

The trio of Ally Colburn (56g, 12a), Julia Dickinson (31g, 19a) and Zoe Peckham (19g, 17a) continue to be the force behind the Rams' 156-goal scoring unit.

Lauren Woods' name is scattered throughout Suffolk's stats with 13 goals, five assists, and team-best numbers in ground balls (34) and caused turnovers (17) with 40 draw controls to her credit as well. Eliza Bryant has also caused 17 turnovers and scooped up 23 ground balls. Kate Carlson, meanwhile, has recorded a team-high 47 draw controls.  

Charlotte Guziejka has played every game and minute in net for the blue-and-gold. She brings in a 13.18 GAA and 41.1 save percentage. 

NOR'EASTER NOTES
UNE has strung three wins in a row together to move to 5-6 on the season and 3-1 in CNE action.  

The Nor'Easters 116-goal offense is well-balanced. Morgan White's 36 points are leading the way behind 28 goals and eight set-ups. Sydney Balotin (21g, 4a) and Barrie Guertin (18g, 3a) have surpassed the double figure point line as well to be usual contributors. 

Morgan White has proven herself as a draw control specialist with 53 draw controls, while Balotin has 47 to her credit along with 16 ground balls, both of which are second on the squad. Kimmy Staniar has caused 17 turnovers and Vail Carruthers has 13 caused turnovers to her credit. Kaylee Lucas has grabbed a team-best 17 ground balls. 

Jenna Trafford has started all, but one game in net. She holds a 13.07 GAA and .347 save percentage.
