
BOSTON – After a weekend away from competition, Suffolk women's golf ventures to Keene, New Hampshire, this Sunday, Sept. 29 for the Keene State Invitational. The 18-hole event will take place at the Keene Country Club.

Suffolk women's golf turned in a 10th-place performance at the Polar Bear Shoot at the Brunswick Golf Club over the weekend.

THE COURSE
The Keen Country Club golf course is an 18-hole course, par 72, measures 6,455 yards with a slope of 130 and an index of 71.5 from the back tees. The course, with its water, forest, hazards, bunkers and doglegs provides an interesting challenge for every level of play.
THE COMPETITION
In addition to the host Keene State, the Rams will face Southern Maine, Westfield State, Nichols and Gordon in the Granite State.
SUFFOLK'S SCHEDULE
The Rams are off from competition until Oct. 11-12 when it heads to New York for the two one-day Northeast Women's Golf Conference (NWGC) tournaments. The NWGC Fall Classic will take place Friday, Oct. 11 at Van Patten Golf Club in Clifton Park, New York with the NWGC Fall Invitational scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 12 at the Mohawk River Country Club in Rexford, New York.
