LAST TIME OUT
Persistence paid off for Suffolk women's basketball Wednesday night as the Rams overcame a 12-point margin with six minutes to go in regulation, forced an extra session, not once, but twice, to take down Wheaton, 90-85, at Larry E. and Michael S. Smith Court.

The win was the Rams first-ever of the Lyons in program history and was propelled by freshman Tatiana Tune, sophomore Olivia Verdile and junior Jordan Moreau

RAMS RUNDOWN
Suffolk takes it 4-1 record into a three-game road trip that starts at Rivier Saturday.

The Rams' 67.4 ppg scoring unit has a trio averaging double figures in Amanda DeAngelis (16.5 ppg), Colby Guinta(14.6 ppg) and Jordan Moreau (11.6 ppg). Allison Bono (7.8 ppg), Maddie Stewart (7.0 ppg) and Tatiana Tune (6.7 ppg) have factored into the offensive output as of late as well.

Defensively, the blue-and-gold is grabbing 45.0 rpg. Once again DeAngelis is leading the way with 9.0 rpg. Guinta is a close second on the glass with 8.4 rpg. Stewart has pulled down 7.0 rpg and Aisling Crowley has chipped in 6.4 rpg as well. DeAngelis proves to be an all-around player as she paces the pack in steals with 2.5 spg.

RAIDERS REVIEW
Rivier is winless through its first four games on the year with setbacks to Westfield State (91-75), WPI (74-71), Brandeis (69-56) and Trinity (91-82).

The twosome of Lyric Grumblatt and Hannah Muchemore are the point of emphasis for the Raiders. Gumblatt tops the team in scoring with 29.3 ppg to go along with 5.5 rpg and 3.0 apg. Muchemore, meanwhile, provides all over the stat sheet with 18.8 ppg, 5.3 rpg, 3.0 apg and 2.8 spg. Sydney Perry compliments the duo as the freshman forward is nearly averaging a double-double with 8.0 ppg and 9.0 rpg.
