BOSTON – Suffolk men's cross country is prepped to race in familiar territory as the Rams head to Franklin Park Saturday, Sept. 23 for the 55th Codfish Bowl hosted by USATF New England. The 8k has a 12:50 p.m. start.

THE DISTANCE
An event founded by coach Bill Squires, the 55th annual Codfish Bowl will feature a women's 5k followed by a men's 8k at Franklin Park.
COACH'S QUOTE
"Saturday will be an opportunity for our athletes who will not be traveling to Wisconsin to get another race prior to the Suffolk Invite," head coach Will Feldman said. "It's important for this group to gain more experience racing as we will be looking for them to potentially step up at conference if someone goes down with an injury at the end of the season."

REGIONAL RANK
Suffolk men's cross country has raced its way to seventh in the East in the U.S. Track & Field Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) Regional Rankings, the national organization announced.
