
BOSTON – Suffolk men's and women's outdoor track & field has its final prep before the 2025 conference championship this weekend at MIT's Sean Collier Invitational. Action gets underway Friday, April 18 and runs through Saturday, April 19.

THE FIELD
Close to 25 teams will compete at MIT's Sheri Don Morrison Track. It will be a mini CNE Championship prep as the Rams' conference counterparts Endicott, Gordon and Roger Williams are featured in the field, as well as regional powerhouse MIT, along with Amherst, Babson, Boston College, Brandeis, Bridgwater State, Brown, Vermont State Castleton, Coast Guard, Dartmouth, Emmanuel, Harvard, Lasell, Lesley, Maine, Plymouth, RPI, Vassar, Simmons, WPI.
SUFFOLK'S SCOUT [ MEN ]
- Tim Barry will attempt to break the school record in the mile.
- Sean Jacobsen, Hayden Green, Jadan Wenceslao and Kely Maloney will race the 1500.
- Tighe Hosman will attempt to break the school record in the 400 hurdles for the third time this season.
- Ioan Pereira and Joshua Durand will race the 100 and 200.
- Joshua Catino will aim to break the school record in the pole vault.
- Elijah Brown will throw the hammer and Connor Brown will heave the shot put.
RAMS RUNDOWN [ WOMEN ]
- Sydney Fogg, Amalia Dorion, Amy Pattelena and Sofia Moukaddem will all compete in the 1500. Fogg, Pattelena, Moukaddem will all look to join Dorion with a spot at New Englands.
- Amy Pattelena and Sydney Fogg will also look to punch their tickets in the 800 with the former aiming to break the school record along the way.
- Hilma Ortega, Catherine Madden and Averie Denelle will run the 100 hurdles.
- Amanda Walden and Emily Concepcion will go head-to-head in the 400 in the chase for the school record.
- Aida Bellal will race the 100.
- Sheridan Caldwell and Emma Withers will look to make finals for three straight weeks and hopefully qualify for New Englands in the hammer.
- Olivia Nicholson will attempt to break the school record in the javelin.
- Devyn Battistoni will attempt to qualify in the pole vault and Catherine Brown will aim to qualify for regionals in the high jump.
