BOSTON – After having its weekend cancelled due to inclement weather, Suffolk outdoor track & field is back in action Monday, April 7 at the Regis Spring Classic.

THE FIELD
Suffolk will be joined by 13 other teams in Weston, Massachusetts including Commonwealth Coast Conference counterpart Endicott, as well as Bridgewater State, Brandeis, UMass Boston, Emmanuel, Framingham State, Lasell, Lesley, Maine Presque Isle, Salve Regina, Simmons, Worcester State and host Regis.
RAMS TO WATCH
- Amanda Walden and JJ Conteh will bein the 100 and 200 looking to qualify for NCAA Division III New Englands in both.
- Emily Concepcion will be attempting to break the 400 school record, while Kaylie Groom and Alyssa Rodriguez will try to set personal records in the 400 as well.
- Catherine Madden and Hilma Ortega bout both break the current Rams record in the 100 hurdles with potential to punch a ticket to New Englands also.
- Gracie O'Connell and Sharaden Caldwell will be competing in the hammer. The latter will be joined by Maddie Moore in the discus.
- Sasha Helfgott-Waters and Molly Hennegan will both look to qualify to New Englands in the pole vault.
- Turner Mitchell will see if he can inch closer to qualify for regionals and the school record in the 100.
- Owen Campbell and Joshua Catino have potential to write the men's pole vault record.
- Joshua Durand and John Avakian will run the 200 and 400, respectively.
SUFFOLK'S SCHEDULE
The Rams have two more meets on tap this week, the Silfen Invitational in New London, Connecticut and the Penmen Relays, both of which are scheduled for this weekend, April 12-13.
