NATIONAL NOTES
- Division III student-athletes will compete for NCAA Indoor Track & Field national titles at the Gosliano Training Center in Rochester, New York.
- Tim Barry is the second Suffolk male student-athlete to earn a spot at indoor nationals, first since Matyas Csiki-Fejer in 2022.
- Amalia Dorion is the third-ever Rams' female to make it to NCAAs, first since Emily Manfra in 2020 and first to compete since Manfra ran the mile in 2019.
- The pair, Barry and Dorion, will be the first Suffolk male and female to take the indoor national stage in the season in program history.
- Barry is the only male runner from the Conference of New England (CNE) to qualify, while Dorion will be joined by conference counterpart Rachel Brennan of Gordon in the mile
MILE MENTIONABLES
- Both Tim Barry and Amalia Dorion will race in the mile.
- Barry is the first Suffolk male to run the mile at nationals, while Dorion is the second female, first since Manfra in 2019.
- There will be two heats of 10 tomorrow, Friday, March 14. The top four in each heat and the other two fastest will qualify for the finals on Saturday, March 15.
SUFFOKL'S SCHEDULE
- Tim Barry will race the mile first at 2:35 p.m. on Friday, March 14 with Amalia Dorion in the women's prelim to follow at 2:50 p.m.
WHAT'S AT STAKE?
- The top-8 from each event at NCAAs secures All-American status.
- The winner of each event will be the 2025 NCAA Champion in that respective event.
QUALIFYING QUOTES

REGIONAL REWARDS
Suffolk men's and women's indoor track & field saw two Rams – Tim Barry, and Amalia Dorion -- secure three All-East accolades, the national organization announced.
The top-5 individuals in each event from each region on the year-end Descending Order Lists earned All-Region distinction, in addition to each member of the region's top-3 relay teams. The regions used for this award – East, Great Lakes, Metro, Mid-Atlantic, Mideast, Niagara, North, South and West – match those used during the cross country season.
It is the first time in Suffolk's history that both the men's and women's programs had a student-athlete earn the feat in the same season.
