SUFFOLK SCORES

RAMS RUNDOWN
Suffolk moved to 2-2-2 on the year after tying Salem State, 1-1, over the weekend.

Francisco Valck's four goals pace the Rams' 10-goal scoring unit that has received two strikes from Luke Blawn, both of which have come in the last two games. Dominic Rinaldi and Miguel Varela boast identical one-goal, one-assist stat lines to be in the offensive conversation as well.

Nathan Harlow is the usual starter for the blue-and-gold in net. In five games played, all starts, he holds a 1.20 GAA and .739 save percentage with two victories, both shutouts.

BUCCANEERS BREAKDOWN
Mass. Maritime won its season opener, a 4-3 decision at Regis, but has fallen in three consecutive contests to it 1-3-0 on the year. The trio of setbacks were all shutouts including two to Suffolk's Conference of New England (CNE) counterparts Nichols (L, 1-0) and Curry (L, 2-0).

Brody Calvert is responsible for 75 percent of the Buccaneers four goals with three on his stat line. Quinn Kelly scored the other goal and assist on one as well to sit second on the squad with three points. Ethan Somers rounds out MMA's point holders with one behind one helper.

Preston Joia has played every minute in net for the Buccaneers. He holds a 1.75 GAA and .759 save percentage.
