BOSTON – Suffolk men's hockey turns its attention to a home-and-home series with Conference of New England (CNE) counterpart No. 6 Curry this weekend. The Rams hit the road Friday, Jan. 31 for a 7:00 p.m., clash before hosting the Colonels Saturday, Feb. 1 at 6:10 p.m.

Suffolk men's hockey fell to No. 14 Endicott, 1-0, in Conference of New England (CNE) action Saturday night at Louis E. Porrazzo Memorial Skating Rink.

RAMS RUNDOWN
Suffolk is winless over its last three, two of which were one-goal decisions, to sit 8-8-2 on the year and 3-7-1 in CNE contests. With 13 points, the Rams enter the weekend in a share of fourth place in the league standings.
The blue-and-gold's scoring is well-balanced and spread out. Scott McManus leads the way with eight points on three goals and five assists. Ryan Webb sits second on the squad with seven points on four markers and three set-ups. The trio of Michael McEachern (1g, 5a), Josh Milso (2g, 4a) and Joe O'Brien (4g, 2a) have all supplied six points apiece to the offensive output.
CJ Hapward is to the go-to goalie. He has assembled a 1.63 GAA and .940 save percentage with five shutouts to his credit.
COLONELS CATCH UP
Curry rides a seven-game win streak into the weekend action. The 15-3-0 Colonels sit atop the CNE standings with 28 points behind a 9-2-0 league ledger.
Curry's offense is the seventh-best in NCAA Division III with 4.28 goals per game. Eelis Laaksonen's 22 points lead the way with 13 goals and nine assists. Gage Dill (5g, 11a), Manny Cabral (5g, 10a), Killian Rowlee (7g, 8a), George Vonakis (2g, 12a), Karim Gayfullin (5g, 8a), Ryan Prewitt (2g, 9a), Alexander Duncan (6g, 4a), Grady Friedman (5g, 5a) have all hit the double digit point plateau as well.
Shane Soderwall is the usual netminder for the Colonels. He boasts a 1.51 GAA and .943 save percentage in 17 games played and starts.
