BOSTON – Off to its best start in a decade, Suffolk men's hockey looks to keep rolling this weekend as it turns its attention to a home-and-home Conference of New England series with Nichols. The Rams will head to Harrisville, Rhode Island Friday, Nov. 16 for a 5:40 p.m. contest, before hosting the Bison at Louis E. Porrazzo Memorial Skating Rink Saturday, Nov. 17 at 4:50 p.m.

LAST TIME OUT
Ten Rams produced a point to anchor Suffolk men's hockey to a convincing 5-1 triumph over Worcester State Wednesday night at Louis E. Porrazzo Memorial Skating Rink. The win was the Rams first over the Lancers in over 15 years.

SUFFOLK SCORES
RAMS RUNDOWN
At 3-1-0, Suffolk has put together its best record through four games since starting the 2014-15 campaign with four victories (4-0-0). Last weekend the blue-and-gold splits its home-and-home with Wentworth to hold a 1-1-0 CNE ledger.
The Rams have poured in 10 goals in four contests. Josh Milso leads the offensive output that has seen 14 different players produced at least one point with a team-best two goals and one assist to sit atop the squad with three points. Ryan Webb has also supplied three points with one strike a team-high two helpers. Ralph Berry (1g, 1a), Phil Feinberg (1g, 1a), Gavin Havens (1g, 1a), Daniel McKiernan (1g, 1a) and Scott McManus (1g, 1a) all sport identical two-point stat lines.
CJ Hapward has played every game in net. The grad student goalie sports a 0.99 GAA and .960 save percentage with a 3-1-0 ledger that features one shutout.
BISON BREAKDOWN
Nichols opened its season with a 4-1 win over Worcester State before sandwiching a 3-3 draw with Johnson & Wales between setbacks to Anna Maria, 4-1, and JWU, 6-3, to carry a 1-2-1 overall mark into the weekend. In CNE contests, Nichols sists 0-1-1.
The Bison have put away 11 goals this season powered by Josh Dickson's three. Dickson has set-up one goal as well to share the top spot on the team for points with four along with Kaiden Scott, who has a split stat line between goals (2) and assists (2). CJ Zezima (2g, 1a) and Jack Lee (3a) round out the top offensive threats.
Nick Anderson and Liam Choquette have split time in net for Nichols. Anderson has started three games. He holds a 1.92 GAA and .886 save percentage. Choquette has compiled a 4.06 GAA and .852 save percentage in his two appearances, one start.
INSIDE THE SERIES
- Suffolk leads the series against Nichols 30-25-4.
- The Rams split the home-and-home series with the Bison a year ago. The blue-and-gold shutout Nichols 2-0 Feb. 2, 2024 before slipping 3-2 the following day.
