Men’s Golf Competes at Wildcats Spring Invitational

CRANSTON, R.I. – In the midst of its spring slate, Suffolk men's golf took to the links at the Cranston Country Club over the weekend for the Wildcats Spring Invitational hosted by Johnson & Wales.  

Suffolk finished 18th in the field of 20 after shooting 666 as a team over the two-day event.  

Owen Boggini was the top Rams' golfer with a card of 160. He upstaged his day-one score of 85 with a 75 on the second day of action to share 51st.  

Demetrois Stamoulis tied for 72nd with a card of 167, while Andrew Harper was two strokes behind his classmate to share 78th and Stephen Ferrantewas one stroke behind that to tie for 80th.  

Daniel Caissie rounded out the rams on the course with a score of 184, good for 98th.  

Suffolk concludes its three-tournament spring schedule next weekend at UMass Dartmouth's Hampton Inn Invitational at the Allendale Country Club in North Dartmouth, Massachusetts.
