Suffolk men's basketball got its Conference of New England (CNE) schedule underway in winning fashion as the Rams took down the University of New England, 84-75, Wednesday night at Harold Alfond Forum.

RAMS RUNDOWN
Suffolk bested the University of New England, 84-75, Wednesday night to improve to 4-2 on the year and 1-0 in CNE contests.
Keenan Robertson leads the Rams on both ends of the hardwood with 22.3 ppg and 8.8 rpg. Danny Yardemianprovides 11.7 ppg to the blue-and-gold's 72.5 ppg offense that receives 8.2 ppg apiece from Matt Draheim and Nick Verdile. Jake Gomez pulls down 6.0 rpg to help Suffolk's 36.8 rpg effort.
COLONELS CATCHUP
Curry is 1-6 on the year and 0-1 in CNE action. The Colonels lone win of the year came over Elms, 70-69, Nov. 21.
Curry's 64.1 ppg is well-balanced. Jaiden Mann's 12.6 ppg leads the way and he is the only player averaging double figures. Shawn Charles adds 7.4 ppg and Derrick Thomas chips in 6.6 ppg. The foursome of Malik Gelinas, Francisco Lopez, Favour Okeke and Jeremiah Predin all contribute 6.0 ppg.
Defensively, Charles pulls down 5.3 rpg and Mann grabs 4.4 rpg to anchor the Colonels' 36.0 rpg effort.
