BOSTON – Suffolk baseball is back from its 11-game Spring Break trip and turns its attention to a Thursday, March 20 tilt with WPI at East Boston Memorial Park at 3:30 p.m.

LAST TIME OUT
In its first game back in New England following its Spring Break trip, Suffolk baseball knocked off WPI, 7-3, Thursday afternoon at East Boston Memorial Park. It was a staff day for the Rams' pitchers and Alex Sorenti-Burns hit two bombs in the victory.

RAMS RUNDOWN
Suffolk moved to 5-9 on the year with its 7-3 win over WPI Thursday.  

Five different bats have provided double-digit hits this season in Cole Hilliard (13), Sam Armbruster (12), Chris Cimino (12), Alex Sorenti-Burns (12) and Max Martin (11). Armbruster, Cimino, Sebastian Lampert and Max Martin have all brought in eight runs, while Hilliard and Sorenti-Burns have seven RBIs apiece on their stat lines. That twosome, Hilliard (.333) and Sorenti-Burns (.316), are the only hitters batting over .300.  

Pierce Salbego (16.2 IP, 3.78 ERA, 18 K) and Nick Arnett (15.0 IP, 4.80 ERA, 15 K) are likely to be the Rams' starters on the hill Saturday. 

HAVE TO KNOW 'BOUT THE HAWKS
Roger Williams holds a 5-7 overall record and rides a two-game win streak into Saturday's showdown. Those triumphs were over UMass Dartmouth (28-12) and Keene State (12-7).  

Sam Weigel is the top bat with 11 RBI on 14 hits to go along with nine runs scored. Rory Lynch has also brought in 11 runs on five hits including two homers and one double. Nick Sheehan (14 H, 14 R) and Owen Hibbard (11 H) are also threats at the plate with the latter stealthy on the base paths with a team-high five stolen bases.  

The Hawks have had a hectic week with three non-conference games leading up to Saturday. Lucas Lariviere (0.75 ERA, 12.0 IP, 12 K), Jonathan Quinn (3.38 ERA, 5.1 IP, 9K), and Nick Gleason (10.29 ERA, 7.0 IP, 8K) are the most well-rested starters for RWU.
