2022 SUFFOLK WOMEN'S CROSS COUNTRY ROSTER
BOSTON – Suffolk women's cross country head coach Will Feldman brought in a talented five-member recruiting class to boost the Rams' roster in 2022.
"We took a different approach with this year's class," Feldman said. "Our roster is extremely young, and lacking experience despite winning the CCC title last season. Our efforts were focused on bringing in graduate transfers who would not only contribute as point scorers, but also provide the leadership and experience that we will need this season."
Feldman continued, "To that end, we have two exceptional DI graduate transfers joining us, Ellie Davis (Marist) and Skyler Goodman (Nicholls State). I except both to be in our top five immediately."
On top of the transfers, there are a trio of true freshmen in the mix in April Banuelos, Sarah Forrister and Amy Pattelena.
All could be contributors from the get go, which is just four days away as the Rams first race of the season, the Suffolk Short Course Classic, is on the schedule for Friday, Sept. 2 at Franklin Park.
