The Suffolk University Men's and Women's Cross-Country teams ran through the rain today at Williams College for the 2008 NCAA Northeast Regional Meet. Freshman Rachel Perron (Gardner, MA) was Suffolk's top runner on the women's side finishing the 6k race in 27:01. Junior Anna Birdsall (Sea Girt, NJ) was right behind her at 30:36.
On the men's side senior Matt Stas was the top runner for Suffolk completing the 8k in 32:43. Sophomore Craig Rubis (Edmonton, Alberta) was right behind him at 32:48. Matt Noonan (34:35), Brian Harrington (36:22) and Corey Allen (37:22) also finished the race for the Rams.
