Ally Sleiman enters his second season in 2018-19 on Will Feldman’s staff as an assistant coach of the men’s and women’s indoor and outdoor track and field team. Sleiman works with the sprinters and jumpers. 

Sleiman's firt season with the program was a historic one as 2018 was the first-ever varsity campaign for Suffolk track & Field. Over the course of the campaign, the team competed in six different meets including the inaugural GNAC Championships, in which it finished sixth in the eight-team field. Individually, Mariama Kamara made history as the first-ever Ram to earn all-league track & field accolades thanks to her second-place showing in the 100 M Dash. Tow weeks later Kamara and Emma Weisse were the first Suffolk runners to race the NCAA Division III New England Outdoor Championships.

Sleiman brings a variety of knowledge to the Rams new program as the coach of multiple U.S. National medalist and All-American honorees in sprint, hurdle and jump events. In 2015, USA Track and Field has recognized Sleiman for her outstanding volunteer service contributions to the athletic development of children and youth track and field athletes. 

Alongside her duties at Suffolk, Sleiman works as the head coach of the New England Stars Track and Field Club in Quincy, Massachusetts, which he founded, as well as the assistant boys indoor and outdoor track and field coach at Brockton High School. Her responsibilities include overseeing sprinters, hurdlers and jumpers. At Brockton, he led the Boxers to a second-place finish at the MSTCA State Relay Championship in both the triple jump and long jump. 

Sleiman earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Wilkes and continued her education at Columbia, where he received her Masters of Arts in Social-Organizational Psychology in 2012.
