Ally Sleiman enters his second season on Will Feldman’s staff as an assistant coach of the men’s and women’s indoor and outdoor track and field teams. Sleiman works with the sprinters and jumpers.

Sleiman's first season with the program was a historic one as 2017-18 was the first-ever varsity campaign for Suffolk track & field. Over the course of the campaign, he coached individuals across eight different meets including Emily Manfra and Emma Weisse at the NCAA New England DIII Indoor Championships.

Sleiman brings a variety of knowledge to the Rams new program as the coach of multiple U.S. National medalist and All-American honorees in sprint, hurdle and jump events. In 2015, USA Track and Field has recognized Sleiman for her outstanding volunteer service contributions to the athletic development of children and youth track and field athletes.

Alongside her duties at Suffolk, Sleiman works as the head coach of the New England Stars Track and Field Club in Quincy, Massachusetts, which he founded, as well as the assistant boys indoor and outdoor track and field coach at Brockton High School. Her responsibilities include overseeing sprinters, hurdlers and jumpers. At Brockton, he led the Boxers to a second-place finish at the MSTCA State Relay Championship in both the triple jump and long jump.

Sleiman earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Wilkes and continued her education at Columbia, where he received her Masters of Arts in Social-Organizational Psychology in 2012.
