CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Suffolk women's indoor track & field took its talent to Cambridge, Massachusetts, Saturday to compete at the Harvard Invitational at the Gordon Indoor Track.
RAMS RUNNERS
- Megan Dunn (3:30.14) and Gina Cappello (3:31.09) finished one after another in the 1000 in sixth and seventh, respectively.
- Megha Tenneti sprinted the 60 in 10.30.
- Catherine Madden (10.50) and Averie Denelle (10.41) finished 15th and 16th, respectively, in the 60 hurdles.
JUMPERS JIST
- Devyn Battistoni was the runner-up in the pole vault as she cleared 3.30 meters.
- Evelyn Lansing leapt to 11th in the long jump with a 4.40-meter showing.
- Catherine Brown put together podium finish in the high jump with a 1.50-meter effort, good for third.
- Sasha Helfgott-Waters registered a 9.05-meter leap in the triple jump.
THROWERS THOUGHTS
- Sharaden Caldwell (11.06), Gracie O'Connell (10.70), Divinety Johnson (10.39), Bailee Mallett(10.36), Lydia Comprosky (8.53) and Emma Withers (7.41) represented the Rams in the weight throw.
