BOSTON – A quartet of Rams from the Suffolk women's indoor track & field team produced personal-best over the weekend at the River Hawk Invitational at the Track at New Balance.
NEW ENGLAND QUALIFIER
- Amalia Dorion earned her place at regionals in the 3000 thanks to a time of 9:59.90.
RAMS RECORDS
- On top of her New England ticket, Dorion rewrote a program and personal record in the 3k behind her 9:59.90 performance.
- In the same event as Dorion (3000), Sydney Fogg finished with a career-high as well with a time of 10:43.67).
- Sofia Moukadeem secured a PR in the 800 with 2:27.57.
- Bailey Ford compiled a personal-best 1000 showing of 3:25.86.
- Amy Pattelena put together a PR of 5:16.97 in the mile.
RAMS RUNNERS
- Dorion claimed 11th in the 3000 with a time just under 10 minutes of 9:59.90, while Fogg's 10:43.67 showing was good for 34th.
- The trio of Amanda Walden (8.23), Hilma Ortega (8.33) and Kaylie Groom (8.69) all sprinted in the 60.
- Walden (26.44), Emily Concepcion (27.62) and Kaylie Groom (28.25) made a half lap in the 200.
- Concepcion circled the track in the 400 in 1:00.60.
- Shannon Groom participated in the 500 and logged a time of 1:26.42.
- Moukadeem produced a 2:27.57 in the 800.
- Ford (3:25.86), Megan Dunn (3:28.86) and Gina Cappello (3:30.91) all competed in the 1000.
- Pattelena produced a 5:16.97 in the mile.
RAMS RELAY
- Moukadeem, Dorion, Pattelena and Fogg teamed up for a time of 4:22.88 in the 4x400.

Suffolk takes its talents across town next weekend for the Boston University John Thomas Terrier Classic.
