BRUNSWICK, Maine– Four Rams rewrote personal records and one program record fell over the weekend as Suffolk women's indoor track & field compete at Bowdoin's Lynn Rudy Invite.
RAMS RECORDS
- Sasha Helfgott-Waters put her name atop the Rams all-time triple jump list with a personal-best of 9.75.
- Jaenelle Bryant clocked a career-high in the 600 of 1:58.35.
- Bailey Ford ran a personal-best in the mile (5:35.98).
- Dvinety Johnson's shot put heave of 9.897 was a personal-best for the freshman.
RAMS RUNNERS
- The same trio of Laticia Lantero, Chelsea Fallon, Ainsley Dion ran the 60 and 200. Lantero (8.75) and Fallon (8.80) took ninth and 10th in the 60, while Fallon factored in tot eh top-10 in the 200 (29.46) as well in eighth.
- Bryant raced the 600 (1:58.35) and 60 hurdles (12.15).
- Ford, whose personal-best of 5:35.98 was good for sixth, was joined by April Banuelos (6:25.53) in the mile.
JUMPERS JIST
- Helfgott-Waters took sixth in the triple jump with a combined three leaps of 9.75. Ainsley Dion (8.10) also competed in the event.
THROWERS THOUGHTS
- Johnson's 9.87-meter shot put toss put the freshman in seventh.
- Maddie Moore competed in the shot put as well and put together a 7.73-meter throw.
YOU'RE NEW HERE
- Lantero made her Suffolk debut in the 60 and 200.
- Mallory Taylor (3:37.85) and Maria Gallant (4:00.19) ran the 1000 for the first time in their collegiate careers.

Suffolk heads back to Vacation Land next weekend for the Frozen 8 Championships, Friday, Feb. 16.
