BRIGHTON, Mass. – Suffolk women's tennis dropped a 4-3 decision to Simmons Friday afternoon at Daly Field Courts.

HOW IT HAPPENED
Simmons won the second and first doubles courts in that order to sneak on the board first. 

Chloe Pszenny and Elene Nishnianidze managed to defeat the Sharks' Reese McFarland and Emma Parsons, 6-4, as the third blue-and-gold tandem to help send Suffolk into singles play with momentum on its side.  

The Sharks commanded the top half of the order though with wins on courts two, three and one, in that order to seal the victory. 

It was all Rams from there as Rachel Hill, Pszenny and Nishnianidze won their matches for the 4-3 final.  

Hill bested Julia Perconti, 6-4, 6-3, at No. 4. Pszenny came back to down Emily Lopez, 2-6, 6-4, 10-5 and Nishnianidze knocked off Grace Burke, 7-6 (5), 2-6, 10-7 in the sixth slot for the 4-3 final.
