QUINCY, Mass. – The Suffolk women's tennis team suffered a 6-3 setback to Eastern Nazarene at the ENC Tennis Courts Saturday afternoon.  

THE BASICS

HOW IT HAPPENED
Meagan French and Jordan Miller put Suffolk on the board as the senior and freshman teamed up to take down Veronica Jimenez and Alecia Tubbs at No. 3 doubles. The Lions took doubles courts one and two, however, to put Suffolk in a 2-1 hole as the match switched to singles play.  

Both French and Miller earned singles victories as well, but they were the only Rams to do so as Eastern Nazarene locked up the conference match with triumphs on courts one through four.

5 – Meagan French (Suffolk) defeated Annelise Sherrill (Eastern Nazarene), 6-3, 7-5
6 – Jordan Miller (Suffolk) defeated Alecia Tubbs (Eastern Nazarene), 6-1, 6-4

DOUBLES
1 – Adele Duval/Emily Ruttkowski (Eastern Nazarene) defeated Delaney Dunlap/Ilda Ascic (Suffolk), 8-5
2 – Sharon Biondi/Jacquelin Arretche (Eastern Nazarene) defeated Elena Cisernos Garcia/Kendall Smith (Suffolk), 8-2
