Jane Skorobogatova Named 2nd Team All-Conference Selection by GNAC.

Freshman Jane Skorobogatova (Novibirsk, Russia) was named a second team All-Conference selection by the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) for the 2010 season.

Skorobogatova was the Rams most consistent singles player throughout the year finishing the season with a perfect 10-0 record in singles play. The freshman primarily played out of the three position for the Rams as she posted a 5-0 record in that spot. As the Rams battled through injuries to several of their other top players, Skorobogatova also spent time in the Rams top position as she posted a 4-0 record as the number one player. Skorobogatova also earned honors by the GNAC earlier this season, twice being named to the Weekly Honor Roll on October 4 and 11. Skorobogatova also picked up six wins on the year in doubles play.

Freshman Georgia Ward (Exeter, R.I.) also earned GNAC recognition being named to the All-Sportsmanship team. Ward finished the 2010 season winning four games in singles play, and also partnered in four more doubles wins for the Rams on the year.
