The Suffolk University Women's Tennis team defeated Emerson College, 5-4 on Saturday evening in the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) semi-finals. The Rams now advance to the GNAC Finals for the third consecutive season as they will take on defending GNAC Champions Simmons College on Sunday after at 1pm at the Winsor School.

Simmons and Suffolk finished 1 & 2 in 2009 in the GNAC. Simmons defeated Suffolk earlier this season, 8-1 and beat the Rams' in last year's finals. Suffolk was crowned GNAC Champions in 2007.
