Douglas Meloni joined Ellie McDougall's staff as an assistant coach for his first season in 2023. 

Meloni, a well-versed club coach, begins his first year on a NCAA collegiate coaching staff this fall, while contining his post as the head coach of three different Mass City Footclub Teams. He also has done stints with Galway Rovers and Northwest United Soccer Club. 

Meloni, who is bilingual in Portuguese and English, began his coaching career in Brazil at the Sao Paulo Futebol Clube in 2015.
