Cassidy Leake joined Ellie McDougall's Suffolk women's soccer staff as an assistant coach for her first season in 2022. 

Leake's coaching resume includes stints as a Club Soccer Coach for the Video Football Club and FC Dallas. Additionally, she spent time as the Program Director and Athletic Enhancement Coach at the Ahtletic Performance Enhancement Center. Suffolk will be her first collegiate coaching role. 

On top of her coaching background, Leake has a well-versed player's perspective. Leake was a three-year member of the Texas Woman's University women's soccer team. During her time as a Pioneer, was rewarded as the Athletic Leader of the Year in 2017-18. She also competed internationally, at the IFCPF World Cup in Salou, Barcelona in May 2022, when she represented the red, white and blue on the 10-player World Cup Roster for the first-ever U.S. women's paralympic team. 

A three-time Chancellor's List student-athlete, she graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Science in Business and Health Studies in May 2020.
