SUFFOLK ATHLETICS 2021-22 FAN POLICY
Suffolk University Athletics, following guidance from the University's health and safety protocols, Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC), Centers for Disease Control and the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, plans to allow fans to attend home athletic contests during the 2021-22 academic and athletic year.
Fans, whether vaccinated or unvaccinated, can attend games. They must be masked the entire time they are on campus, pursuant to institutional policy, and complete a health screening form at the security desk of each building upon arrival. This policy applies to home contests played on campus at the Ridgeway Building's Larry E. and Michael S. Smith Court, as well as the Emmons Horrigan O'Neil Memorial Rink and the Louis E. Porrazzo Memorial Skating Rink.
For outdoor outings, specifically at East Boston Memorial Park, fans are asked to respect COVID safety protocols. At this time, masks will not be mandated for fans no matter vaccinated status at outdoor venues.

SUFFOLK SCORES
RAMS RUNDOWN
Suffolk defeated Elms, 1-0, to open its season in the win column thanks to Lily Christian's game-winning goal with 1:38 left in regulation on a feed from Aislinn Servaes, as well as stand-up netminding from Allison Rodrigues, who picked up a pair of saves in the shutout.
The Rams, who won their second straight season debut, a first in program history, attempts to being the year 2-0-0, a feat that has not been accomplished by the blue-and-gold in the Ashley Van Vechten era. The last time Suffolk pulled the curtain back on its campaign with two consecutive victories was 2011. Overall, the Rams have put together a pair of wins to start things off just twice in program history (2009, 2011).
FRAMINGHAM STATE FACTS
Framingham State fell in its season opener, 3-0, to Suffolk's CCC counterpart Roger Williams. The Rams took just six shots in the outing, three of which were put on target, two by Megan Ethier. Jetta Oskirko defended FSU's net and let in three of the 11 shots she faced. Oskirko could return to her post in net or Sarah Lutsic could make her collegiate debut on Saturday.
